These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by AristarLab ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All intellectual property rights remain with AristarLab.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of AristarLab and are protected by Korean and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AristarLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our applications or website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling our applications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
